Who Qompass is for
Doctors' Lab is offered to licensed clinicians as part of a research interview program with Yale School of Medicine. You must be 18 or older to sign in.
Not a medical service
Lab Harper is an AI companion that interviews doctors to help preserve their professional work. Lab Harper is not a doctor, therapist, nurse, or medical device, and nothing Lab Harper says is medical advice. For emergencies dial 911.
Your conversations
We store a transcript of each interview so you can resume it later. Other clinicians may review your answers anonymously. Doctors' Lab doesn't share your data with insurers or advertisers without your explicit permission.
Email we send
We send transactional email only, and only to the address you type yourself on Create your account or Forgot password. That mail is a sign-up verification code or a password-reset code. There is no newsletter, marketing list, or purchased address list. You can stop account email by not completing sign-up or by deleting your account.
Your conduct
Please use Qompass in good faith. Don't attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the service, and don't share another person's identifying information with Harper without their consent.
Research participation
By using Qompass you acknowledge that your conversations may be reviewed by clinical researchers at Yale to improve the service. This review is governed by the project's IRB protocol and applicable privacy law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
No warranty
Qompass is provided as-is, on a best-effort basis, for a research program. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.
